November 2024 Promotion Terms and Conditions

The November Tarro Promotion Event (hereinafter referred to as the "Event") is organized and promoted by Wonders Technologies Corp., DBA Tarro, (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), located at 3030 Northern Blvd, Suite 403, Long Island City, NY 11101, and is governed by the following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). All participants who engage in the event during the event period will be deemed to have unconditionally agreed to and accepted these Terms and Conditions. In case of any disputes regarding the Terms and Conditions, participant behavior, or other matters related to the event, the Company reserves the right of final decision.

  1. Event Period:
    November 1, 2024 – November 30, 2024.
  2. Eligibility and Participation Criteria:
    Participants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the event:

    One Month Free Trial:
    New customers are eligible for a one-month free trial of the Company’s phone ordering service. The trial is valid for 30 days from the start of the service and is only available to customers who have not previously signed a full-time or part-time service agreement with the Company.

    One-Year Free SMS Service Plan:
    New customers who operate a restaurant in the U.S. and sign up for the full-time service are eligible for a one-year free SMS service plan from the Company. As part of the SMS service, Company will send at least one standardized SMS message on behalf of the restaurant to their customer base per month, with the content and timing of the message determined by the Company. The plan is valid for one year from the start of the service.

    The Company reserves the right to discontinue the SMS service plan at any time. Customers must use the full-time service continuously for one year to maintain eligibility for the free SMS plan. Failure to do so may result in termination of the SMS service.
    By participating in the SMS service plan, customers assume all legal responsibility for the content of the SMS messages sent on their behalf by the Company. The Company is not liable for any claims, complaints, or legal actions arising from the SMS service. Should a customer receive complaints or legal threats from their patrons, the customer assumes full responsibility for the consequences.

    The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the SMS service plan at any time without prior notice. When possible, customers will be informed of any changes in advance.Customers agree to receive messages from Company regarding the SMS service plan, including but not limited to updates, notifications, and important announcements. Customers can opt out of the plan at any time.

    iPhone 16:
    To qualify for an iPhone 16 as part of this promotion, participants must meet the following criteria during the promotional perioNew Full-Time Customers Only:some text
    1. Tax Responsibility: Any applicable taxes related to the iPhone 16 are the sole responsibility of the recipient. The Company assumes no liability for these costs.
    2. New Full-Time Customers Only: This offer is available exclusively to new full-time customers who sign a contract for the Company’s phone ordering service between November 1, 2024, and November 30, 2024.
    3. Service Activation: Participants must initiate service within 30 days of signing the contract.
    4. Service Continuity: Participants are required to maintain uninterrupted full-time use of the Company’s phone ordering service for a consecutive four-month period.
    5. Disqualification: Any interruption in service during the four-month period will result in disqualification from receiving the iPhone 16.
    6. Claiming the iPhone 16: The iPhone 16 will be awarded after the completion of the four-month service period.

Gift contents are subject to change without prior notice.

  1. Other Conditions:
    Each customer can only receive one gift. The event is limited to one gift per business entity, regardless of the number of locations operated by that business. Participants acknowledge and agree that the event applies to all of a business’s locations and cannot be applied to individual locations separately.
    The event cannot be combined with other promotions or redeemed for cash.
    The Company reserves the right to verify participants' eligibility. The Company also reserves the right to modify or terminate the event at any time without prior notice.
  2. Legal Liability:
    The Company and its directors and employees are not responsible for any losses, injuries, or dissatisfaction incurred by participants as a result of participating in or winning prizes from the event.
    Participants agree not to pursue legal action or seek compensation from Tarro or its partner companies, directors, employees, or agents for any losses (including special, indirect, or consequential losses) resulting from the acceptance or use of prizes. These losses include but are not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage.
    If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which will remain in full force and effect.
